Job Description
- Sales of Branding, Web and Digital Marketing Services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell our digital marketing services.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build a strong client base, and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor our services to meet those needs effectively.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Presentation & Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive sales presentations & proposal for prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and progress toward targets to the management team.Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Mass media & communication or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the digital marketing industry.
- Good with preparing excellent sales presentations
- Pleasant personality
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, strategies, and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must have a laptop for work-related tasks
- Possession of a 2-wheeler for travel as needed
- This is sales target based profile
