Role & responsibilities
- Sales order creation for export shipments
- Price checking for the sale orders
- Delivery date confirmation to export orders
- Quotation preparation
- Delivery follow up with transporter
- Stock vs open order comparison
- Production follow up for delivery date follow up
- Proforma invoice creation
- Payment follow up
- Export documentation preparation and container arrangements
- Import shipment arrangements and Bill of entry confirmation
- COO and BL draft confirmation
- Coordination with the forwarder and CHA for timely pickup of Export shipments
- Export documents courier
- Export shipments follow up
- LC documentation preparation
- Coordinating with bank to ensure timely courier of LC documents
