Consulting & Solution Design:
- Work with the Product Solution Management and Development teams to understand client business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Assist in conducting client workshops to gather information and analyze business processes, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and - User Stories under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with the development and testing teams to ensure client requirements are met, and solutions are designed to align with business objectives.
- Documentation & Process Management - Help in creating and maintaining project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and business requirement documents.
- Support internal teams with training and knowledge-sharing on new processes, solutions, and system updates.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) is updated and aligned with project deliverables.
- Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support - Assist in pre-sales activities, helping the team prepare for client demos and solution workshops.
- Engage with clients during solution discussions to clarify business needs and gather feedback for product improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Solution Implementation & Support - Support the implementation of IT solutions by working with clients to configure systems according to business requirements.
- Help manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring that the solution meets client expectations.
- Provide post-implementation support, working with clients to resolve issues and adapt the solution to changing business needs.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and document business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with documentation standards, such as BRDs, FSDs, and user stories, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with development and testing teams, providing clear documentation and feedback to guide solution development.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and solutions or an eagerness to learn in a tech-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed for client projects and solution implementations.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of professional business analysis experience, ideally in roles that involve analysing processes, working with clients, or documenting requirements.
- Skills in communication, problem-solving, IT and technical documentation are highly valued.
- A background in Trade Finance, Other Banking, Supply Chain or related fields or Health Care Domain
