Senior Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization on a contract basis.
• - Develop and manage the project plan and timeline for the implementation.
• - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• - Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS is integrated with other relevant systems and applications.
• - Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional.
• - Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
• - Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• - Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise.
• - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in managing projects and delivering them on time and on budget.
• - Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• - Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and change management.
• - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• - Ability to work independently and within a team.
• - Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
