Peoplesoft - FIN & SCM -Functional

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day technical support activity and handle client communication

2. Plan and resolve issues in a prioritized order

3. Act as a primary point of contact for tickets till resolution

4. Document issue resolution approach, unit test plan, and the test results.

Required Skills

1. 6+ years of hands-on development experience on PeopleSoft Financial modules. Mandatory to have experience on FA/AM modules

2. Preferred to have experience on AR, AP and GL

3. Basic knowledge on PS Queries

4. Excellent oral and written communications skills

5. Required to have experience on Requirement Gathering, testing, Document and client communication.
