Job Description
- As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
- You will be responsible for leading the design process, from conceptualisation to execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products
- Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products and services, making your role integral to our success
- Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and concept development to wire-framing and prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design into the final product.
- User Research: Conduct user research and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
- Design Systems: Define and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team.
- Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design and advocate for their implementation within the organization.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across web and mobile applications.
- Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Design Principles Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- User Research Experience: Experience with user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Front-End Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of front-end development technologies and principles, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing design challenges.
- Agile Environment Experience: Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Accessibility Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating impactful, user-centric designs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mentoring Experience: Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
