Job Opening of Head- Agri warehousing Operations For Haryana location

Role & responsibilities:

A) Shall be responsible for managing smooth Preservation, Maintenance and Security (PMS) operations, including all quality and quantity issues, for the stocks.

B) Responsible for managing all warehouse operations such as inward /receipts with proper sampling as per specified norms, dumping, stacking, preservation, fumigation, cleaning, completion of all documentation / registers works, issue / release of stocks as per norms and SOPs.

C) Shall be responsible for implementing operations SOP, instructions, tender / agreement terms of the company and the government agencies, any other Govt or Private agencies other issued and updated from time to time, including all circulars at all the locations where stocks are stored.

D) Business planning, financial and business projections, preparing cost sheets and taking approvals from Management for all projects and business expenses. Implementing per MT per month basis cost sheet for all expenses as per approved projections.

E) Conceptualizing, visualizing and implementing increase in revenue through acquiring new contract/capacities, rate enhancement, existing business capacity enhancement and better warehouse utilization in consultation with management.

F) Responsible for maintaining good rapport with client and other allied agencies for regular meetings and proper timely resolution of issues and ultimately no unjustified/abnormal losses.

G) Co-ordination with clients, field team, accounts team and MIS team to ensure billing to all the clients within 15 days of succeeding months. Post that regular follow-up with clients and field team to ensure 100% collections within defined timelines (not more than 3 months).

H) Shall ensure regular, accurate, timely and periodic MIS and reports and supervise and analyze daily data / reports and trends for necessary steps towards resolution of operations issues and associated risks. All the warehouses are up-dated for entire stocks and assets. Besides, ensure proper records of dead assets, empty containers of used chemicals, gunny bags, fumigation covers, etc., as per SOP.

I) Shall ensure regular visits to the warehouses and / or locations and maintain a proper connect with the employees and other associated staff members and government officials, and also help gather business intelligence and should keep strong vigilance / inputs related to any of the aspects of operations such as may be pilferage / theft or any such planned mischief / misappropriation, etc. Also ensure that staff under his area should attend and work on allocated warehouses on daily basis and field visits are undertaken properly by the reporting staff members.

J) Shall ensure that requisite periodic training is provided to all new and existing staff members through proper functional training / crash course / practical measures on all quality, quantity and operational issues, including documentation, chemical, etc., in proper coordination with HR. Tentative list of schedule trainings and associated/responsible staff with contact details will be provided in advance.
