AGM/DGM - Accounts & Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of standalone and consolidated financials on quarterly and yearly basis.
• Preparation of financial statements, monitoring of books of accounts and internal control
  and processes and MIS.
• Inter-company reconciliations
• To ensure application of IND AS in day today accounting
• Scrutiny of books of accounts on regular basis.
• Coordination with site accountants so as to minimise taxation and accounting issues while

recording transactions.

• Preparation of site wise revenue and cost report so as track the project progress
• Monitoring site wise unadjusted vendor advances
• Migration of SPVs accounting from Tally to SAP

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of IND AS
• Working knowledge of GST and Income Tax Laws
