Accounts Executive/ Chief Finance Officer

A manufacturing company based in Mumbai requires a qualified Chartered Accountant or ICWA or Finance Manager having experience of internal audit/MIS in manufacturing sector.

• Handle a team of 10 to 15 junior account assistant. Monitor their output, train and motivate them.
• Simply systems and introduce checks to improve accountability n transparency.
• Prepare MIS for identification of areas of cost control and wastage at the factory and office.
• Prepare monthly revenue sheet and P&L account for each plant of the group.
• How debtors realization can be improved with better systems of follow up.
• Bank interest optimization.
• Recruitment of skilled juniors as required for creating a dynamic and motivated team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Working knowledge of Tally is must
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
