Experience:
Overall Professional Experience: The Candidate Shall be an IRSSE (Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers) officer having minimum 20 years of total experience in materials inspection/ approval/ execution/ supervision/ PMC for signalling and telecom works on IR/Metro and / or other railway projects.
Experience in similar position: 10 years of relevant experience towards RE or equivalent positions.
Preferred Age: Below 70 years.

Candidate shall be responsible for Project/Contract Management Support; Programme Management; Project Budget & Cost Control; Quality Assurance and Quality Control; Communication Management; Support Training of DFCCIL/MOR Personnel Comply with the provision DFCCIL IT System; Review Preliminary Design Submitted by Contractor; Review Definitive Design Submission; Issue Non-objection Certificate to DD & DWGs; Review of Temporary Work Design Report; Issue Non-Objection Certificate to Construction Drawings; Conduct Detailed Review of S&T DWGs and Specifications; Review S&T Management Plan as per System DB Contract; Design Quality Management; System-Wide Standards; System-wide Design Integration; Conduct Routine Field Supervision Works; Carryout Regular Site Inspection; Obtain and Test Material Works and equipment, as necessary and required; Conduct Type Test, factory acceptance test for S&T and E&M systems; Examine Field Performance tests for Train Operation, S&T System and E&M System; Inspect Testing all materials and facilities; carryout receiving inspection for maintenance machinery and equipment; recommend acceptance or rejection of completed works; verify stage completion of permanent work executed and check payment certificate; issue non-objection certificate; participate in the final construction inspection; support testing and commissioning; integrated as-built drawings prepared the contractors; prepare integrated periodical reports; scrutiny registration of daily consumption of materials; various activities/output of design and construction activities to be maintained by contractor; all defect liability period tasks; reporting (daily report, weekly progress report; monthly progress report, quarterly report; Completion report, others..
