Senior Operator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Operator specializing in PVC extrusion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operations, PVC compounding, and edge bending or pipe extrusion. This role is critical for ensuring high-quality output and efficient operation of extrusion machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Extrusion Operations:

Operate and manage extrusion machines, including conical twin screw and barrel setups.

Ensure production meets quality standards and timelines.

PVC Compounding:

Perform accurate PVC compounding for edge bending or pipe manufacturing.

Troubleshoot and adjust formulations as needed to optimize product quality.

Machine Maintenance:

Conduct regular checks and maintenance of extrusion equipment.

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Process Optimization:

Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with production teams to meet daily targets.

Provide guidance to junior operators when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PVC extrusion, especially in edge bending or pipe manufacturing.

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of PVC compounding processes.

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting conical twin screw & barrel machinery.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment or process issues efficiently.
