Job Description

To reduce the MTTR
Adherence of implementation of preventive maintenance.
Implementation of predictive maintenance.
To understand the mechanical/electrical drawings of machines to reduce the breakdown time.
Maintaining the history card of machines.
Diagnostic of breakdowns by doing why-why analysis.
Hand on experience of automations (PLC, AC drives) / SPM.
Hand on experience of EOT cranes, lifts.
Hand on experience of maintenance of Paint shop equipments.
Hand on experience of utility i.e. PNG generators, compressor, ASU.
To make the maintenance MIS.
. Implementation of Poka-yoke & kaizen.
