Job Description

  1. Lead stator winding process of BLDC fans, and components, including motor assembly, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) integration, and final product testing.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly line efficiency, minimize downtime, and enhance productivity.
  3. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to BLDC assembly equipment and processes, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and reduce waste.
  6. Train and mentor assembly line operators to ensure proficiency in BLDC assembly techniques and procedures.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in BLDC assembly techniques, incorporating best practices into our processes.
  8. Should know Lean tools ie Line Balancing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka Yoke, PFD, PFMEA.
  9. PQCDSM based approach
