For AM/DM (Mechanical)
Responsibilities:
1. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers of MMS Structure, Aluminium Structure, Cable Tray,
Walkway and Fencing Items.
2. Floating RFQ to Potential Vendor & arrange the quotations.
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure
competitive pricing.
4. Coordinate with project managers and engineering team to understand project requirements
and specifications.
5. Releasing the Purchase Order to Vendor and Follow up with vendors for readiness of Material.
6. Coordinate with QC team to arrange the inspection of Material.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
8. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new suppliers and products.
9. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns.
10. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma & Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Required 8-12 Year Experience in Solar Industry
3. Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing within the solar
industry.
4. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP software is preferred.

and Metering SCADA.
2. Floating RFQ to Potential Vendor & arrange the quotations.
3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure
competitive pricing.
4. Coordinate with project managers and engineering team to understand project
requirements and specifications.
