Job Description

The Position

• Trade Compliance: Customs clearance (mainly Imports), HSN code maintenance, Budget impact, documents and records maintenance, related Compliance. CHA handling, relationship management and KPI Management.

• OTC Management: Oversee OTC processes - Order processing, PGI, Invoicing and related e-way bill processes.

• SOP Management

• Vendor Management - Creation, relationship and KPI management, PO, GR/GI and payments, related Compliance.

• Inventory Management - Quarterly physical inventory count, Adjustment entries, Expiry management and destruction/ incineration, Inventory and space management, Budget planning and long-term planning.

• Cost to Serve and Service Level KPI (OTIF)

• Stake holder engagement

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Graduation in Science or Commerce

• qualification in Materials Management or Supply Chain.

• About 5 to 8 years of experience including 2 - 3 years in SAP operations.
