about the role

• To effectively lead & manage a team of IT Order Managers for achieving organizational goals, strategic objectives to deliver Outstanding Customer Experience through on-time delivery, right first time meeting all constrains ( resources, quality, cost, time, )

• Should have in-depth knowledge of Orange ordering tools and purchasing processes.

• Manage IT Order Managers team to deliver and implement on-time & first time right solutions to customers.

• Ensure healthy communications/interactions between all internal & external entities.

• Establishing and managing relationships with customers and all key stakeholders.

• Accountable for team s performance on all the set global targets with regards to Customer Satisfaction.

• Reduction in Delivery Lead Time and order cycle for OB products and services.

• Maintaining Database(s) integrity, quality & accuracy

• Ensure all the process guidelines defined by process owners are being adhered to

• Communicating and cascading requisite process changes and related information to the team and then ensuring same is adhered to

• Manage workload distribution, customer/project assignments as per business requirement

about you

• ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Certification and/or Project Management Skills

Degree in Business Administration, or Commerce (or other relevant area), MBA preferred.
