SAP FICO/HANA Consultant - Support & Implementation (4-12 yrs)

We are looking for experienced SAP FICO HANA consultants to join our team in Hyderabad and Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience in SAP FICO with expertise in S/4HANA. This role involves delivering end-to-end SAP financial solutions, supporting HANA-based implementations, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP FICO Implementation and Support :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, including S/4HANA Finance.

- Handle end-to-end project lifecycle tasks, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Customize solutions for GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and other finance modules based on business needs.

HANA Expertise :

- Leverage SAP HANA capabilities to optimize financial processes and reporting.

- Work on Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and other HANA-specific finance innovations.

- Optimize performance and reporting using HANA analytical tools, CDS views, and embedded analytics.

Business Process Integration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules.

- Address intercompany transactions, tax processes, and financial reporting requirements.

- Design solutions for business requirements like profitability analysis (COPA), cost center accounting, and internal orders.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues in SAP FICO and HANA environments.

- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement timely resolutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with financial regulations.

Documentation & Training :

- Develop functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- Provide end-user training and conduct workshops for key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 4-12 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in core SAP FICO modules: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CCA, PCA, COPA).

- In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance capabilities, such as Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, and New Asset Accounting.

- Experience with SAP HANA-specific reporting tools, CDS views, and Fiori apps.

- Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Functional Skills :

- Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Knowledge of global tax regulations, intercompany transactions, and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related fields.
