What You ll Do:

  • Seeking a strategic HR leader to drive initiatives in our largest office location, serving as a thought partner for individuals, managers, senior leaders, and executive staff to enhance organization effectiveness and talent management.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Oversees the administration of human resources
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development
  • Develop and lead people strategies and approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Support and act to foster a diverse culture that promotes inclusion and belonging.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy practice, and resources to senior leadership.
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
  • Organizes and prioritizes work assignments to complete assignments/tasks on time, with highest quality, and can anticipate problem areas in advance. Applies creative problem approaches and ideas to solve problems for area of responsibility.


Who You Are:

You re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

  • Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with recent leadership experience supporting a global organization.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR functions in a highly visible hub with a workforce of 250+ employees, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable supporting our colleagues at our office who work day shift and night shift.
  • Highly analytical and can think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize your HR responsibilities
  • Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful programs
  • Service-oriented and capable of communicating with employees at all levels
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
  • Proficiency in HRIS Systems
  • Strong organization and time management skills
