Job Profile: Quality Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance for our lighting products, ensuring they meet all safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all products align with safety and regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Accurately maintain records of quality checks and inspections.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train quality control inspectors to uphold and understand our quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the lighting or a similar industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with quality control tools and methodologies.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience 4-7 years.
• Any graduate.
• Skills – Quality Management, quality control, quality assurance.
• Good Communication.

Timing – 9:00am to 6:00pm

Working Days – 6 days working, Monday to Saturday.

Mode of Interview: Onsite Interview.

Salary: 4 LPA to 6 LPA (Negotiable)
