What will you get to do

Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and

other logistics processes

Manage a large fleet of 200 medics (phlebotomists) and 50+

delivery partners

Manage hub operations and smooth inventory supply

Own & optimize the cost of collection

Delight customers by ensuring on-time collection and on time

delivery of samples to the lab for processing

Design rosters and routes and ensure adequate supply on

ground

Keep the ground staff motivated, well groomed and ensure

100% adherence to the companys standard operating

procedures

Hire and build team ground up

Skills we are looking for

5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or

transportation operations

Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and

management principles

Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software

Should have handled Fleet

Knowledge on TAT

Good Understanding on City geography
