- Major & Critical Incident Management
- Participating in Build Projects
- Supporting Run Projects

- Initiatives taking on Learning New Technology \ Certifications to meet organisation Goals.
- Participating in preparing and sharing required reports to customer
- Participating in attaining KEDB
- Auditing the Customer Network
- Involved in Designing of Network Solutions.
- Building Team on new Technology .
- Handson Experience on SDWAN , Routing & Switching , wireless Solutions Such Cisco , Aruba , Juniper
- Hands on SDWAN Solution in implementation & Design and Troubleshooting.
- Good understanding and Hands on Routing technologies like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP
- Good Understanding and Hands on Switching technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN's, VPC, link aggregation .
- Excellent Troubleshooting, analysing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets.
- Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project
- Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCAs, documentation, Knowledge Bank
- experience in handling of Project Implementation
- Knowledge on NMS & troubleshooting tools (PRIME/ SOLARWINDS/ DNAC etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL & best practices.

- CCIE R& S
- SDWAN Solution Certification Preferrable .
