about the role

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement NetDevOps strategies and solutions aligned with company goals.
• Responsible to develop, maintain and improve code scripts to build and operate network devices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using DevOps tools and scripting languages.
• Define and enforce code quality standards, best practices, and security measures within the DevOps environment.
• Monitor and analyze DevOps performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate NetDevOps practices and tools into their workflows.
• Interlock with other teams to get the customer network requirements to translate it to NetDevOps methodology.

Primary Skill:

• Hands-on experience in Network Automation
• Good experience in working in agile and DevOps
• Strong experience in developing REST API
• Expert in DevOps techniques/tools: Git, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
• Expert in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Github
• Excellent programming skills in Python
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• Detailed knowledge on YAML and JSON
• Good knowledge in cloud infra and network automation (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Secondary Skills :

• Fair knowledge in network and security basics (WAN, SDWAN, Public Cloud, LAN)

Soft Skills:

• Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly, verbally, and in writing at all levels.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer focus, able to respond quickly and effectively to customers requests, and able to adapt to a changing customer landscape and challenges.
