Subject Matter Expert-Security

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as technical expert on datacenter networking and security technologies
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems
• Deploy and support multi-vendor network & security solutions
• Deploy and support network and security monitoring & management tools
• Prepare HLD & LLD , process and technical documentation
• Support on Sev 1 incidents to resove within SLA
• Perform RCA based on OEM inputs
• Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security
• Management of various firewalls, Proxy,VPNS and security devices
• Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)
• Able to perform TCP dump analysis with of tools.
• Taking initiative on providing recommendations on vulnerabilities / bugs / security practices to be followed / implemented
• Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations
• Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products
• Experience of working in ITIL driven environment is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have 8+year of experience.
• In depth knowledge of Zscaler, Proxy, Firewalls -Checkpoint, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Load balancer-F5
• Experience in Security products(Checkpoint, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA),Proxy Solutions (Zscaler).
• Experience in multiple OEM Security products would be an advantage.
• Working experience on analysis of Event log monitoring tools and Proficient in participating for investigating security breaches activities over network.
• Good understanding for TCP,HTTP protocol functioning, VPN solutions, Load Balancer functioning and syslogs monitoring & analysis.
• Excellent debugging and problem analysis skills.
• Certification:- CCSA , Proxy certified, F5 Certified or equivalent along with Good communication skills.
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification is a must
