Processing payments and settlements.
Should be able to prepare SaaS Billings Track Receivables
Should have knowledge of Credit Notes, Advance Revenue, Accruals reverse notes in Excel
Track Monitor Monthly Recurring RateShould be able to create ARR MRR Reports
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debtsInvestigate historical data for each debt or bill
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Update account status records and collection effortsReport on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Maintaining the records for payment done. Preparing payment plansTaking measures to help collect payment on time.
Having experience in Quik Books will be an added advantage
Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Accounting or High school diploma.
Excellent knowledge of billing procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of various collection techniques.Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
