Job Description
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong algorithmic skills
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and/or LLMs (Large Language Models) is a significant plus
- Effective communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Solid object-oriented programming skills, preferably in Java
- Experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with JUnit, build tools, and DevOps practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile development environment and rapid cloud/SaaS deployment
- Strong inclination towards test-driven development (TDD)
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with continuous deployment tools (e.g. Teamcity, Jenkins)
- Experience with source control (GIT, Maven, SVN)
- Experience with container-based deployment (e.g. Docker)
- Experience in GenAI/LLMs is a huge plus
- Ability to translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces
- Ability to quickly pick up new languages and technologies
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, specifically Scrum
- Adaptable, able to pivot priorities as projects develop
- Passionate about developing intuitive, scalable web interfaces
- Excited about technology, have a passion for learning about the latest technologies and building compelling web applications and UI
- Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration
- Familiarity with cloud services, networking and virtual machines
