We are seeking a seasoned Oracle APEX Developer (5+ years of experience) to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you'll design and build innovative web-based solutions that empower Oracles Global HR Organization. You’ll work with state-of-the-art tools like Oracle APEX, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Oracle Cloud Services to create applications that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Join Oracle’s HRIT team, where you'll have the opportunity to work on transformative projects that empower Oracle’s Global HR functions. As an Oracle APEX Developer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Collaborating closely with a dynamic project management team, you’ll use Oracle’s latest technologies to create secure, high-quality solutions that make an impact.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain custom Oracle HRIT applications, focusing on DB design, UI creation, and application security.
• Create high-quality web applications aligned with Oracle’s development standards.
• Collaborate closely with project management throughout the development lifecycle.
• Engage with users to gather requirements, provide post-implementation support, and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Be an integral part to collaborate and lead organizational technology goals.
  

What You Bring:

• Experience: At least 5 years in Oracle APEX application development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Data Modeling, as well as JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, and jQuery.
• DevOps Expertise: Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control (Git preferred).
• Advanced Knowledge (Preferred): JSON/REST web services, JavaScript templates, Node.js, and RPA.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
