Job Description
You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
6-10 years of software engineering or related experience.
We leverage an agile development methodology (scrum) to facilitate the development of our products.
Our development practices include empowered scrum teams, continuous build and integration, and a heavy emphasis on testing early and often.
- Good communication skills across all business levels.
- Participate in code reviews to identify any performance-hogging code changes.
- Build scalable, reliable, well-architected software
- Deliver high-value software in a highly collaborative environment
- Fast learner and continuously looking to learn new technologies and ways to solve problems
- Provide technical leadership to other software developers
- Knowledge on Core Java & Java Server-side technologies
- Have hands on experience in front end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Well versed with Micro Services - Design Principles
- Good to have experience on Kafka and Akka framework.
- Worked with Docker images and Docker Compose Setup.
- Experience in Kubernetes is good to have.
