Role : Global PAYplus application support-Technical
3-7 years working experience on Fundtech Global Payplus application Mass pay HC (GPP MP HC)
Should be aware of GPP MP HC configuration setup
Hands on experience on Java, C++, tuxedo, PLSQL, Web base application
Payment system knowledge
Good Problem solving skill
Good Communication Skill
Prior experience on Banking Application Support
Supervise all alerts related to GPP application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues on Application domain, and availability of applications.
Coordinate with Client other venders
Need to provide on call support
Need to support changes deployment activities
Need to support on Production incidents, Service Requests

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

3-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
