Senior Product Manager/Strategy

Customer Analytics provides insights to Oracle Customers and also to Oracle Internal Teams on Oracle Applications usage. These insights help drive customer adoptions, business process improvements and feature discoveries. Key metrics like Engagement, Performance, Errors etc play a key role in these decisions. Intelligent Recommendations use the power of Artificial Intelligence to help users accomplish what they are looking for. Whether it is driving key Business Process execution, Searching the right information or even creating the right content.

A strong Product Manager candidate with experience of managing complex projects/platforms is required for taking up the strategic leadership role within Oracle to build these areas within platform, providing mentorship to the concerned engineering teams.

Who you are

• 5+ years of Product Management and Program Management experience for products which are heavily technical and at platform level
• You have relentless customer focus
• You have experience of handling large complex projects and platforms (multiple teams, locations, roles, multi-year, big customers)
• You have strong technical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• You can work with ambiguity and drive projects towards clarity.
• You have both product management and program management experience.
• It is a plus if you have worked with Usage Analytics or Analytics driven projects before

In This Position, You Will

• Define functional requirements, use cases, and standard methodologies.
• You will handle the release process for key features leveraging tools like JIRA heavily
• Define and prioritize strategic components based on customer requirements and delivery schedules
• You will directly work with engineering teams to build detailed technical requirements and drive engineering delivery
• Ensure quality, and showcase the product to customers by building state of the art demos
• Work with a team that is always looking for the leading edge of technology, while maintaining stability and performance
