Senior Product Manager - Oracle APEX

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to champion the growth and success of Oracle APEX across the globe. In this role, you will work with the global team of Product Managers to accelerate adoption, empower customers, and deliver transformative low-code solutions.

You ll collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders including Partners, Sales, Pre-Sales, Cloud Engineering, and Consulting teams to design, showcase, and deploy Oracle APEX solutions that address complex business challenges. Your expertise will help shape the future of low-code development and drive impactful results for our customers.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take the lead in executing customer, partner, and SI engagement programs across the JAPAC region, driving growth and deepening relationships in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong, effective, and trusted relationships with partners and customers by providing best-practice guidance, strategic advice, and enablement support.
• Offer comprehensive support to both internal and external customers, guiding them through every stage of the process from Proof of Concept (POC) to production deployment.
• Assist existing customers in troubleshooting issues, ensuring prompt resolutions and thorough follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Act as an advocate for internal customers, engaging with business and technical leaders to influence strategies and priorities.
• Create and manage impactful product collateral such as workshops, blogs, and videos that showcase the value of new Oracle APEX features.
• Develop, test, and review Oracle APEX certification exam questions to ensure high-quality assessments for developers.
• Monitor and address product-related queries in internal and external community forums to maintain a strong presence and offer timely support.
• Facilitate partner and customer education through product workshops, refresher training sessions, and hands-on enablement.
• Partner with pre-sales teams to drive Oracle APEX adoption and influence customer decision-making with compelling use cases.
• Collaborate with successful customers to develop impactful product success stories and testimonials that highlight real-world outcomes.
• Support internal teams with new sales efforts, customer expansions, and onboarding to ensure seamless transitions and growth.
• Participate in and support field, marketing, partner, customer, and community events to promote Oracle APEX.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, balancing competing stakeholder and business priorities to deliver optimal outcomes.

• You have a comprehensive knowledge of APEX functionality, including its strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement.

• You have a natural talent for engaging with developers, customers, and partners, helping them navigate challenges and find effective solutions.
• You bring a strong appreciation for data-first development, backed by a solid foundation in SQL and PL/SQL.
• You understand the boundaries of APEX and can expertly determine when to leverage third-party plug-ins, custom code, or stick within the platform.
• A self-starter by nature, you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• You work efficiently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive mindset and a strong drive to optimize existing processes.
• Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts with clarity and precision.
• You bring 5-8 years of hands-on experience in APEX application development, coupled with a strong technical background in web technologies.
• You hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent in technology or an MBA.
