Qualification:

• Sr Language Specialist, Customer Support Desk - AMER
• Maintain general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that proper information is reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Process Knowledge preferred - Good working knowledge in AP/ Purchasing
• Written and verbal proficiency required in Portuguese language.
• Good Analytical Skills
• Superior customer focus and listening skills are pre-requisites for this position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen and understand the needs of the customer are essential qualities for this position.
• Additionally, the candidate should be able to handle escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional and productive manner.
