Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Oracle Technical Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Oracle tools and technologies.
• Work on integration projects involving Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or EBS applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Document technical designs, solutions, and processes to ensure project alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Provide post-implementation technical support and participate in system upgrades.

Skills and Expertise

Candidates should possess expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:

• Databases: SQL, PL/SQL
• Programming Languages: Java, Python
• Oracle Development Tools: APEX (Application Express), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
• Cloud Applications: Oracle HCM Cloud
• ERP Solutions: PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Oracle development, implementation, or support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Relevant Oracle certifications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
