Roles and Responsibilities

Preferably looking for Female candidates - Optometrist cum Store Manager

• Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  
• Conduct eye exams and dispense glasses/contact lenses as an optometrist.
  
• Oversee optical sales team to achieve targets and provide guidance on product knowledge.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (optics preferred).
  
• B.Sc (Optometry), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
