Job Description
OptiSol is looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead core HR functions and oversee Talent Acquisition within the Operations department. The role is key in driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to optimize HR operations, ensuring smooth team functioning and high employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to HR teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategies align with broader business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Supervise the recruitment process to secure top-quality talent. Partner with department heads to design and implement strategic hiring initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, including contract negotiations for both permanent and contract roles. Regularly assess vendor performance to ensure service quality and alignment with company standards.
- Policy Management & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices. Ensure uniform policy application across the organization.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance to managers on performance management, ensuring a fair and constructive resolution process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR management experience, particularly in recruitment and policy development.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law compliance.
