Call Center Executive

We are looking for a professional and empathetic Call Centre Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with inquiries about our cancer immunotherapy services, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a background in healthcare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, treatment details, and appointment scheduling.
• Provide accurate information about Denvax Cancer Immunotherapy treatments and services.
• Follow up with patients to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Address patient concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinics, and internal teams for appointment confirmations and patient follow-ups.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer support role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as per location).
• Ability to handle sensitive patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and call handling systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare services or cancer treatment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
