Business Analyst with Regulatory Reporting

1. Senior Business Analyst in Regulatory reporting

• Regulatory reporting related requirements gathering with country teams
• Review requirements in the context of data requirements, source systems and data pipelines available to source data
• Data mapping at attribute level with data quality rules, extraction criteria
• Defining inclusion/exclusion logic to source, combine and transform data
• Engage developer for optimised solution design with requirements
• Working with the various business and technology partners to effectively solution the effective integration of the various systems and processes.
• Business knowledge:
• Experience to banking domain, products and processes
• Exposure to data management
• Understanding and interpretation of banking regulatory requirements

1. Data Modeller:

• Developing logical data model for the transformation program
• Define logical data dictionary
• Support mapping of logical data model to physical solution implementation
• Actively participate and assess impact on data model based on target state requirements
• Engage different work streams of the projects for respective data requirements
• Collaborate to finalise on the data model to be used across streams and their access levels
• Evaluate impact of the data in the proposed workflow solutions and process changes
• Business knowledge:
• Experience to data modelling for business solutions
• Exposure to corporate banking client onboarding and servicing processes
• Understanding and interpretation of processing requirements to data requirementsRole & responsibilities
