Job Description:

We are looking for a Cash Operations Specialist with strong domain expertise in payment processing, SWIFT messaging, and ISO migration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major clearing platforms and a solid understanding of investigation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Payments Subject Matter Expert with a deep understanding of cash products & message types (MT series), including MT103, MT202, MT202COV.
• Work with ISO formats (CBPR+ & HVPS - PACS MX) and contribute to ISO migration initiatives.
• Manage payment processing through SWIFT, CHAPS, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, EBA, TGT, MAS, CHATS, FEMA, and other MESA clearing systems.
• Handle investigations and reconciliation using message types like MT99, 199, 299, 910, 940, CAMT 029, 050, 054.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve payment routing and clearing logic.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all payment operations.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new cash operations technology and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 3+ years of experience in cash operations, payment processing, or related roles.
✔ Hands-on experience with SWIFT, CHAPS, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, and other clearing platforms.
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 migration and MT/PACS message formats.
✔ Experience in investigations & reconciliation processes.
✔ Business analysis, testing, and project management skills are a plus.
