Preferred Certification (Mandatory/Optional) : MCITP/MCSA, ITIL, VMware Certification
Mandatory Skills :
- Good communication skills and be able to work with several groups on assigned projects both regional and global Skills
- Knowledge in Advanced Administration of Windows Active Directory and Exchange Server and with a good understanding of Monitoring and Reporting.
- Integration with different technologies and Exchange Server Migration activities
- Working Knowledge of Windows server, Software, service pack installation, troubleshoot various server related issues, troubleshoot, etc.
- Working knowledge of various solutions like SSO, MDM, Applications integration with AD
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex enterprise-level issues and outages
- Troubleshooting and Configuration of O365, Exchange, and Active Directory
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, VMWare, High Availability, Hardware, and Networks.
- Good operations knowledge with ITIL process knowledge
- Skills (Optional) : ITIL Knowledge & customer onboarding / transition skill. Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting
Work Description/ Responsibilities :
1. Lead and manage the IT support team, providing guidance, mentorship, Solution evaluations, and fostering technical and soft skill development.
2. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues across the organization, analyzing and identifying root causes, and communicating findings for resolution.
3. Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtual machines, and executing server/network migrations.
4. Manage cloud services such as Office 365, G Suite, and other SaaS applications, while collaborating with other departments to identify and integrate new SaaS solutions.
5. Implement and manage identity and access management solutions like SSO.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system-wide requirements.
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices, reviewing workflow tickets and ensuring issues are properly addressed.
8. Conduct training sessions for staff on IT policies, procedures, new technologies, and maintaining goals and accountabilities for direct reports.
9. Work with international teams to keep processes aligned, achieving customer service excellence, and reporting the status of tickets to respective stakeholders.
10. Respond to alerts promptly, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely problem resolution.
11. Participate in Research and Development activities to progress new or improved products, processes, or formulas.
12. Oversee project responsibilities, including developing detailed design structures, implementing best practices and coding standards, delegating tasks, setting project deadlines, and reporting on weekly tasks and team performance.
