Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Golden I Noida Extension

Report to: Sales Manager

Job Overview:

Omson Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in the real estate sector with a proven record of salary. You will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. You will represent our brand and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients in the real estate sector.

Compensation:

- Salary Range: 20,000 to 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet objectives.

3. Market Analysis:

- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.

- Provide market feedback to the management for refining sales strategies.

4. Sales Process Management:

- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients.

- Ensure proper documentation and closure of deals.

5. Coordination & Reporting:

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to enhance the sales process.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Goal-oriented with a result-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum Graduate in any field

- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in real estate sales.

Additional Requirements:

- Experience with end-end real estate sales processes.
