Business Analyst cum Application Implementer

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst cum Application Implementer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, implementing HRMS products, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams to meet project milestones. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collect and analyze client requirements and prepare detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) documents.
2. HRMS Product Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HRMS solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
3. Scope Management & Gap Analysis: Define project scope and perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between client expectations and product capabilities.
4. Coordination with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to close any identified gaps and ensure timely issue resolution.
5. Project Tracking & Delivery Management: Maintain a project tracker to monitor timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure milestones and delivery deadlines are met.
6. Client Sign-off: Obtain final sign-off from clients upon project completion, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to requirements.

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in application support, product implementation ,project coordination, & business analysis

Key Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English & Marathi is preferred.
• SQL Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, performing data analysis, and troubleshooting issues.
• Project Coordination: Strong ability to manage project timelines, resources, and priorities effectively.
• Business Analysis Expertise: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
