Job Description
- During and after grade change stabilization for each grade - all CB properties are to be tested, reported to DCS & all data to be entered in SAP
- Performing Testing as per given unknown samples & mentioned parameter(s)
- Testing as per Quality Plan (including CB special testings) & customer requirements & Testing accuracy
- All machines cleaning and maintenance with the record (with record/data),Std.
- CB testing for self-calibration for DBP, IPHT & Iodine No. (With record / data), normalizations etc.
- MSA study
- 5S Implementation as per work distribution sheet
- Visual improvements
- SPC implementation
- Preference will be given to the immediate Joiners
