Key Responsibilities:.
- Design and develop high-quality product and skill-based training content for offline and digital platforms (e. , Social media, LMS platform).
- Conduct in-depth competition analysis and market visits to gather relevant insights and enhance training material.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business and product goals.
- Ensure continuous improvement of training content through feedback collection, analysis, and quality assurance.
- Develop learning content focused on soft skills, customer service, and sales techniques to complement product knowledge.
- Adapt content for various channels, including physical training, online learning, and social media campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Master's degree in Retail Mgmt and/or Marketing & Sales from a reputed institution.
- 4+ years of experience in content development or product training in the smartphone industry (or related tech field).
