1 Skechers Operations Manager Job

Role & responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and Internet/intranet systems.
2. Lead network infrastructure planning and implementation across multiple locations.
3. Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
4. Implement and maintain robust network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems.
5. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal performance.
6. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network services with other IT systems seamlessly.
7. Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
8. Manage network resources, including IP address allocation, subnetting, and VLAN configuration.
9. Analyze traffic patterns and bandwidth usage to identify and resolve network efficiency issues.
10. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
11. Maintain high employee engagement within internal and external team functions.
12. Ensure high customer satisfaction for networking services.
13. Develop management reports and dashboards for predictability and performance tracking.

Skills Required :

1. Proficiency in installing and managing Cisco L3, L2 switches, Meraki WiFi access points, and Meraki SD-WAN.
2. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, network segmentation, and switching.
