Position: Operation Manager (Modular Kitchen & Home Interiors)

Overview:

The Operations Manager for Modular Kitchen & Home Interior Projects is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all operational aspects to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Operations Manager acts as the central point of communication between clients, designer, production teams, contractors, and vendors etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of interior projects, with a focus on kitchen design, manufacturing, and installation. This includes ensuring adherence to kitchen standards, managing SOPs, creating and reviewing cutting lists, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and industry benchmarks.

2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

3. Supervise and guide Project teams, including Designers, Site supervisors, and Contractors etc.

4. Conduct regular meetings (with client & execution team) and site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues, act as the primary point of contact for execution team throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly. Ensure that the final delivery aligns with client expectations and requirements.

6. Manage relationships with production team, suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

7. Conduct quality checks at various stages of the project. Address and resolve any issues or defects promptly.

8. Monitor project expenses and manage budgets effectively. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

9. Ensure timely resolution of project challenges to avoid delays. Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in project or operations management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Materials, industry standards etc.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
