Job Description
- Process Improvement: Analyze current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify operational problems within departments, conducting root cause analysis to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and teams to streamline operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards in our managed office spaces.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and negotiations are conducted to benefit the organization.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company s assets and reputation.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial real estate or facilities management industry.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
