Aesthetics Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Aesthetics Operations Manager with a background in reputed aesthetics clinics such as Kaya, Jamuna Pai, VLCC, Ageless, or similar. The ideal candidate must possess excellent self-care practices and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Relations/Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless tie-ups and collaborations.
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee and streamline clinic operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to standards.
- Revenue Generation: Strategize and execute plans to bring in revenue, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, offer solutions, and maintain satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with insights, pitches, and follow-ups to close deals.
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication and coordination skills, a client-centric approach, and a passion for the aesthetics industry.
Work days- Mon - Sat
Work Time- (9.30am to 6.30pm or 10am to 7pm)
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
