Job Description
- Should be able to speak & understand English & Hindi comfortably
- Should have knowledge of rostering/Manpower planning
- Will be a direct touch point for Clients
- Should be able to achieve the KPIs signed as per SOP
- Should have the knowledge of excel & PPT workings
- Should be able to represent the department in client reviews & meetings
- Should be able to identify the process gaps & get it fixed with concern team
- Should have the quick decision making skills basis situations
- Client Management & should ensure that all required reports are getting shared on time
- Should be able to address the group of people
- Should be able to find the concern area, prepare action plan & then further adherence to ensure the concern is fixed
- Should motivate team & maintain attrition limit
- Considering 24*7 Process, Week off & shifts will be rotational (Basis process requirement). Also all public and national holidays will be working
- Should maintain SL, AL, Abnd as per target. Given threshold to be adhered.
- Should conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly review of TLs & if needed for agents too
