Hiring: Renewal Operations Executive : Motor Insurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Download and Upload Renewal Notices:

Ensure timely downloading and uploading of renewal notices.

• Data Management:

Download renewal due dumps and distribute them to insurance companies and regional offices.

Prepare and update the Renewal Notices Summary Report.

• Communication and Coordination:

Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with insurance companies regarding renewal notices, payment links, and renewal dumps.

Provide renewal notices and policy PDFs to Relationship Managers (RMs) and partners.

Share renewal links with relevant stakeholders.

• Call and WhatsApp Support:

Prepare renewal calling data for targeted outreach.

Address queries on WhatsApp groups at a Pan-India level.

• Follow-Up:

Actively follow up with insurance companies via calls and emails for pending renewal cases.

• Reporting:

Prepare and share Renewal Conversion Reports.

• Problem Resolution:
  Resolve motor renewal-related queries efficiently and ensure smooth operations.

Role Requirements:

Proficiency in Basic Excel:

• Expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, file merging, data consolidation, and effective use of Excel shortcuts.

Effective Mail Communication:

• Ability to draft clear, concise, and professional emails for correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong Coordination Skills:

• Efficiently manage and coordinate tasks via calls and WhatsApp to ensure seamless communication across teams.
