Operations Executive - TE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in the textiles industry, ensuring compliance with certification standards and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize workflows and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality control, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certification standards, and safety protocols (e.g., GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RWS, RDS).
• Lead operational audits and inspections to maintain compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management, summarizing key metrics and action plans.
• Continuously assess the market, identifying operational opportunities, challenges, and trends for process improvements.
• Manage the performance and development of team members, ensuring their professional growth and contribution to operational success.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with staff at varying levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to team success.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to travel for site visits, audits, and meetings when necessary.

Qualification - Graduate / MBA /Audit

Technical Certifications - Nil

Experience - Min. 12-14 years of work in Certification Body. Knowledge of compliance

with industry regulations, certification standards, and safety protocols (e.g., GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RWS, RDS)
