Job Description
- Oversee the use of ERP software (Odoo/SAP) for seamless integration and efficient management of inventory, purchasing, and sales processes.
- Generate and share accurate MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making and track business performance.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order generation, approval, and follow-up for timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure proper alignment and tracking of products in the warehouse, maintaining accurate stock and allocation records.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations and avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery schedules, resolve supply chain disruptions, and build long-term relationships.
- Follow up with vendors on payment processing to ensure timely clearance of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Verify and approve incoming materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and provide suggestions for cost optimization and process improvement in procurement and inventory management.
